OPERA NORTH and Adventures in Learning at Colby-Sawyer College
are collaborating to present Summer Fare with Opera North, a program of popular
scenes and arias by Opera North’s Young Artists with a summer dessert reception
to follow the performance Tickets are $25 with reservations requested by
calling Adventures in Learning at 526-3690.
Saturday, July 23rd, 7pm at Sawyer Fine Arts Center at Colby-Sawyer
College in New London. The performance
will benefit Opera North and Adventures in Learning.
Kearsarge Arts Theatre Company (KAT) company’s production of
Peter Pan will run July 28-30 at 7pm and July 30-31 at 2pm at the Kearsarge Regional High School
in N. Sutton, exit 10 off of I-89.
Tickets are $12 for children and $15 for adults and can be purchased by
calling the KAT Box Office at 927-4899 or by going on-line at latcompany.org
There is a limited seating for a Sam Adams Beer Tasting and
Dinner on Monday, July 25th at One Mile West—6:30 reception, 7pm dinner—5
different beers, 4 dinner courses; $35 per person but limited seating to 40

Centrally located in New Hampshire, North Sutton’s attractions are a 3-minute drive from Exit 10 of Interstate Highway I-89. DRAGONFLIES occupies the south-west quadrant of the cross-roads at the village center, with the front of the house overlooking the village green, country store and Baptist Church.

Over 100 miles of mountain trails make the region a mecca for hiking; there are tennis courts in New London; in winter, go snowshoeing, bushwhacking on cross-country skis or snowmobiling.

Get in Motion - Bike the Northern Rail Trail
Join us in helping celebrate National Trail Day, 2011 by participating in one of several rides on Saturday, June 4th at 10:00 AM.
Choose from one of seven bike rides that will be led by various Rail Trail volunteers on specific sections of the Northern Rail Trail. These rides will vary in length from 10 to 28 miles, depending upon the section chosen. It is not necessary to ride the complete section chosen, but leaders will be going the entire round trip for each section if anyone wants to do that amount. All section rides begin at 10:00 AM. This is a great opportunity to try newly completed sections of the trail.
