9 Kezar St. , North Sutton, NH
Convenient at pretty village center with lake frontage.

Centrally located in New Hampshire, North Sutton’s attractions are a 3-minute drive from Exit 10 of Interstate Highway I-89. DRAGONFLIES occupies the south-west quadrant of the cross-roads at the village center, with the front of the house overlooking the village green, country store and Baptist Church.

The large guest sitting room on the ground floor at DRAGONFLIES has picture windows facing south to catch all the sunlight as it arcs over the lake.

Comfortable armchairs and sofa, a grand piano, a Bose music system and a large library of compact discs (mostly classical music) encourage you to delay your return to daily routines.

Winter breakfasts are offered in the dining room, where cooler views of the lake are modified with the warmth of a wood stove. Or in the summer, the slider provides access to a 300-sq.ft. screened porch where outdoor breakfasts enhance a summer morning panorama. On really nice days, breakfast on the patio.

With queen-sized beds, private bathrooms and views of the 175-acre Kezar Lake - the shoreline only 18ft from the corner of the house -DRAGONFLIES’ guest rooms offer pristine comfort in a beautiful setting of lake, forest and mountains. Gorgeous views of Kezar Lake from the Inn's top floor guest rooms.

At DRAGONFLIES, use the private dock for swimming, fishing (NH State fishing license required), and kayaking or go out to Blueberry Island in the center of Kezar Lake for some blueberry picking. Within 1/4 mile is Wadleigh State Park with a swimming beach, summer picnic area and barbecues. Over 100 miles of mountain trails make the region a mecca for hiking; there are tennis courts in New London; in winter, go snowshoeing, bushwhacking on cross-country skis or snowmobiling.
