Artists Weekend at The Fells

Come enjoy and observe over 20 renowned New England artists work to creatively capture the inspirational beauty of the Fells. Saturday features artists immersed in their surroundings-- discovering their individual inspiration. Sundays activities include a festival of events with a special childrens art table, a musical performance, artists demonstrations, a wet paint sale and free reception. Breakfast Tarts from Sunapee View Bed and Breakfast

4 Tablespoons melted butter
5 cups cornflakes
1 cup pecans
6 Tablespoons maple syrup

Pulse the cornflakes and pecans in a food processor
Drizzle in the melted butter and pulse a few times
Add the maple syrup and pulse a few more times

Press into (6) 4 inch tart pans with removable bottoms
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Remove from pans when fully cooled
Filling:        Fill with a heaping spoonful of Greek yogurt
Topping:     Top with a heaping spoonful of mixed berries or other fruit
Sprinkle with a little confectioner’s sugar
