Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons melted butter
5 cups cornflakes
1 cup pecans
6 Tablespoons maple syrup
Pulse the cornflakes and
pecans in a food processor
Drizzle in the melted butter
and pulse a few times
Add the maple syrup and pulse
a few more times
Press into (6) 4 inch tart
pans with removable bottoms
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Remove from pans when fully
cooled
Filling:
Fill with a heaping spoonful of Greek
yogurt
Topping:
Top with a heaping spoonful of mixed berries or other fruit
Sprinkle with a little
confectioner’s sugar
