Make this a September to Remember in New Hampshire

Available September 4 – 8, September 11- 15 and September 26- 30
Rosewood Country Inn And Candlelite Inn Offer Fall Package
To Enjoy New England's Most Spectacular Season

Although winter and spring offer their own delights, fall is the most glorious time of the year in New Hampshire. The Rosewood Country Inn and the Candlelite Inn have joined together to create a September To Remember Package that offers visitors an opportunity to enjoy the season’s beautiful scenery, and discover the vineyards, orchards, historical sites and charming towns with their country stores found in the Lake Sunapee region of Central New Hampshire.

The four night package includes two nights at each inn and self-guided tours which include some quintessential New England experiences, a wealth of natural beauty, as well as some hidden gems and unexpected finds.  After a hearty country breakfast each morning, guests will set out to spend the day exploring the history, hospitality and sites of the region, including:

Canterbury Shaker Village - Discover Shaker traditions through guided tours and exhibits, and learn about the purposeful way of life practiced by the Shakers for 200 years. Enjoy the peace, tranquility and pastoral beauty of one of New England's best preserved and most beautifully maintained historical sites.

Peterborough - A town straight out of Currier & Ives that was the inspiration for Thornton Wilder's play "Our Town." The Peterborough area is also the home to Yankee Magazine and the Old Farmer's Almanac, along with Peterboro Baskets.

Jenness Farm -  A family owned & operated goat farm producing the finest goat milk soaps and body care products. Shop from a variety of over 90 fragrances and visit with the ladies who make all this possible -- the spoiled herd of goats that will greet you on your arrival.

Flag Hill Winery and Distillery -  Founded in 1990, Flag Hill has grown from a family operated vineyard to an established winery in the picturesque town of Lee. Flag Hill is the first distillery in New Hampshire, producing high quality distilled spirits such as General John Stark Vodka. Tour the distillery to see how vodka is made, stroll the vineyard, and enjoy a picnic on the grounds.

Calef's Country Store - A New England tradition since 1869, where visitors can sample some aged cheddar cheese, or buy a pickle from the barrel, sit a spell by the woodstove and catch up on local news. Plenty of penny candy and lots of authentic New England products can be found here. Also stop in at Hampshire Pewter, and don't miss the Christmas Dove for ideas for the upcoming holidays.

The September To Remember Package is available September 4 – 8, September 11- 15 and September 26- 30.

Priced from $429 per person, based on double occupancy, the package includes:
